By a Trailer User, for Trailer Users
Rail Ryder was founded in 2009 by Dale Hofius, a motorsports trailer user, with a vision to create a means of safely loading and securing cars in enclosed trailers.
Rail Ryder IS that vision.
What distinguishes our enclosed trailer self-loading system?
When our customers compare us with the competition, Rail Ryder comes out as the clear winner due to its simple, revolutionary design.
- Low 4 degree loading angle (typical tailgate door is 13°)
- Only car loading tie down system for any track width, any wheelbase
- Lightweight aluminum extrusions
- Synthetic rope winch
- No chassis contact utilizing over-the-wheel straps
- Tie down quickly and easily outside the trailer
- Simple one-man loading
⭐ Load Any Car
Rail Ryder will haul anything from a Ford GT to a pickup truck.
Our system handles and secures vehicles by their wheels, eliminating inconsistencies in chassis and suspensions – from the primitive to the most sophisticated. By securing the automobile by its wheels we have made all cars equal. There will never be any metal-to-metal contact on your chassis with our loading system.
⭐ Low 4 Degree Loading Angle
Our 4° loading angle is the lowest low profile car trailer in the industry. The typical tailgate door is 13 degrees. This feature is what sets Rail Ryder apart from other methods.
With the self-storing flip-out extension, our initial angle is less than 4° permitting easy loading of low, wide challenging cars.
⭐ Only One Person Needed
This one-man motorsport car trailer loading system eliminates the helper. It requires only one set of eyes and one set of hands. Your exotic car rides in and out on trolleys that run on rails, tracking in and out straight and true with no scrapes or dents.
⭐ No More Climbing Out the Window
With a Rail Ryder vehicle loading system, you will not need to open your specialty car door inside the trailer. Just imagine never crawling out a window again!
